I Am Not Dead (yet)

It has been a little while since I last posted: for that, apologies.

I was doing some market research today on POS (point-of-sale) systems today and came across what is now one of my most favourite “Contact Us” sections on a website:

I don’t know what to be more amazed by: the fact the CEO gives his phone number on the home page, the fact he has an after hours number, or the fact this is a company with over a billion in revenue - not exactly a start-up! I wonder how many people actually call him, and where those numbers actually go to…
